Bio

For the past twenty-nine years, Mr. Fierro has been able to meet the needs of thousands of businesses and people like you by relying on his extensive legal knowledge and experience in a broad range of practice areas. He represents clients throughout the State of New Jersey, with a concentration in Bergen, Hudson, Passaic, Essex, Middlesex and Morris Counties. In addition to his private practice, In addition to his private practice, Mr. Fierro, a former public defender, presently serves as prosecutor for several Bergen County municipalities, including: Leonia, Edgewater, Tenafly, Garfield, Alpine, Closter, Northvale, and Rockleigh. Since 1997 Mr. Fierro has been an Adjunct Professor of criminal law, criminal procedure law and jurisprudence at Fairleigh Dickinson University and has coordinated the Legal Preparation Program for undergraduates anticipating application to law school.

Married over 32 years with two daughters.

Formerly a partner in the Fort Lee law firm of Fierro, Fierro & Izzard, P.C., Mr. Fierro practiced with his father, Alfred Daniel Fierro, Esq., his brother, the Honorable Matthew J. Fierro, J.M.C., and colleague Thomas W. Izzard, Esq. for over twenty-two years. He was exclusively responsible for the firm's divorce and family law cases while additionally handling a broad spectrum of other matters in the successful Fierro family firm.
